Busy Weekend for KPVFC

Monday, October 31, 2011  An early winter storm hit New Jersey hard this past weekend and left a path of destruction throughout the state. Kendall Park firefighters answered seven calls for assistance from late Saturday afternoon until early Sunday afternoon. The calls were mainly for trees that fell and took down power lines. Navigating through the district continues to be hazardous due to the many tree branches that have fallen as well as low hanging power lines partially blocking roadways.

Saturday, October 29, 2011  On Saturday October 29th Kendall Park Firefighters participated in flammable liquids training at the Middlesex County Fire Academy in Sayreville. A special thank you goes out to our firefighters and the MCFA Instructors who made the drill a success in spite of the inclement weather we were working in.
